6) Yogurt and Kefir - Both contain calcium which can help burn fat. Try using them with fresh fruit or as a base for a smoothie. Substitute either for sour cream. Kefir is an enzyme-rich food that helps balance your “inner ecosystem.” Both are easy to find easy to find and inexpensive.

7) Nuts & Seeds - Walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, and macadamia nuts all contain Omega 3 fats, which is good news for your heart. Raw, unsalted seeds and nuts are the best. Assuming that you have done Pilates before, I imagine that you’ve used a Pilates machine or other such Pilates equipment. There are quite a few of these machines available for the home market.
