Overcoming Sugar Addiction

The body runs on a reservoir of energy called Prana. This is Life Force. Certain foods contain a high amount of Prana including fresh fruits and vegetables and sprouted nuts and seeds. Most Americans eat foods that deplete the bodies life force. Some substances such as sugar and coffee create physical dependence in the body. The sugar feeds a yeast in the body called Candida and they quickly result in an overgrowth. This addiction can be overcome through cleansing the body.
