I have been under loads of stress for 20 years due to being left with 4 children to raise, homelessness, finances and recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I guess it is too late. SAD SAD SAD

you say stress could be problem for being fat tired and sick, but watching this would build stress more , someone will worry if they are stressed or not or if there diet is ok to balance everything out to this chart.

Odd. I have the opposite effect from stress. It makes me lose weight - same with not getting enough sleep.
I’ll get a mixture between excessive fatigue and over-excitement/irritability as a result of both - which can last for days, until I’m abled to get a few nights of good solid sleep.
Which of course can be difficult to obtain under those particular circumstances.

For 12 years I was taking care of real heavy stress, yet I kept my attitude as best a possible,cause it would have made it worse. Finally went outside ritht after westniles spray@night. Next day, neck/tongue swelled,with slight left arm tingling. Felt like,but no stroke. Major body &mind shutdown, suffered horrible anxietyetc, totally not me for months w/Major brainfog. Adrenal shutdown or do you think DDT from pesticide…or a little of both destroying the immune system ?

Wait are you still fatigued in the red box? Because i was really tired for a few years. Had memorie problems. moderate acne. I thought i never really had much stress. But im not tired any more, and other things reduced to.
I had a blood test i dont know acactly for what. But it came down to that everything was normal. I only had a low blood presure.
