Nice to meet you too Eva. I love your hair. From one sugarholic to another, with the holidays coming up, just be careful not to get caught up in that horrible cycle of “can’t have just one”. Watch Denise’s video on her personal channel titled “Sugar Trigger”. You’ll see what I mean.

so in my vid i got interrupted by my phone and in urs it was the doorbell lol for some reason i had to upload mine 3 times before it worked but the third time i had to upload it using firefox instead of internet explorer. good job on the vid!! we r gonna have to find healthier cookie options for the holidays cuz i dont want to deny myself such goods!! :0)

Hi Eva! Welcome aboard! You know what? I just posted my video talking about Stevia and that I am convinced it’s the right choice for me…but, this whole week I’ve noticed this tiny headache happening…and it’s only when I drink my coffee with Stevia that I notice this headache. So, I experimented today and had coffee with regular sugar in it and no headache. So, I’m not sure why Stevia is causing a small headache for me, but I’m going to switch to brown sugar for now. Great vid hun!
