I dont eat food like this just the ”Raspe baller med flesk” but its not that populare. This dishes you named in youre video is food that noones eat in Norway. In norway we oftenly only eat burgers, sausages, pizza, spareribs, beef and etc. We’re not like weirdos but you could’nt know that :)

Jeg liker ikke kjøtt veldig mye, men jeg kan ikke motstå fisk.

  11. Totto87 Says:

The lutefisk is fish first dried, then soaked with water and caustic soda to “degenerate” the fish proteins into an -almost- jellylike texture. Most amateurs soak it too long until it actually turn into jelly, experienced people do know the proper amount of time for the fish to soak. I’m from Lofoten, the most famous fisherman area in Norway. I do know what good lutefisk is and if you want to try it, you should travel there to get the very best lutefisk :)
