I am 40 years old with type 2 diabetes. I did raw food and green juices in 2008 and lost 30 pounds in two months. I went off my diabetes medications. I stopped eating so much raw food and I lost some of the benefits. I am recommitting to raw foods, this is my journey. This is my first progress update since starting. I will put “Quick Links” on my channel under the info section for you to easily check out my other videos. Subscribe to my YouTube Channel! So far ive lost about 75kg/160ishlb in about 18 months. Ive not used any weird diets or denied myself takeaways or cake. Its just basic science of energy in and energy out. If you want to learn more check out my website weight-loss.co.nz
This time around, I’m definitely embarking on the 9-day Isagenix cleanse for weight loss. The first time, I wanted to cure my sugar and caffeine addiction. I still love my sweet coffees. This time, I’m trying to break the 190 pound barrier. I’ve been in the 190s for a couple of months now, and I need to kick start the weight loss process again. Here I am, prepping for it with my pre-cleanse. I hope the progress video becomes a great “before” video for June 30, 2010!

As I talked about in a previous video, I am through with diets! But I will be implementing healthy eating as a long-term lifestyle change in order to get to a healthy weight (and also to just be healthy!). My first step is to beat my sugar cravings, wish me luck =)
