I am 40 years old with type 2 diabetes. I did raw food and green juices in 2008 and lost 30 pounds in two months. I went off my diabetes medications. I stopped eating so much raw food and I lost some of the benefits. I am recommitting to raw foods, this is my journey. This is my first progress update since starting.
